The Laura Champion’s Choice costume was picked by iDom. It is a tradition for past CPT winners to get to pick out DLC costumes for characters for passes. As winner of CPT 2019, the right to choose was his for the CPT 2020 pass, which meant Laura was the lucky character to get a new look. It will be available alone for $5.99 or in the Premier Pass.

As for the new stage, it is called the Ring of Prosperity. It features Gill lounging on a couch in the background while people fight. As with the Laura Champion’s Choice costume, it will be available in the pass or alone for $9.99 outside of it.
