New Lego Super Mario Sets Add Larry Koopa and a Tanooki Suit

New Lego Super Mario sets are on the way. People will be able to get new expansion packs, suits and character packs on January 1, 2021. To be specific, there will be three expansion sets, two power-up packs, ten new characters in the second series of character packs, and a Master Your Adventure Maker Set.

The Master Your Adventure Maker Set is the most expensive of the new Lego Super Mario sets. This is a 366 piece collection of parts and characters. The Koopaling Larry is included, as is a Bob-omb, Goomba and Koopa Paratroopa. You also get a Start Pipe that sets rules, a Customization Machine that lets you change three sorts of bricks’ functions and a Goal Pole. It will be $59.99/€59.99.

The three expansion sets are the $19.99/€24.99 Chain Chomp Jungle Encounter, $29.99/€29.99 Piranha Plant Puzzling Challenge and $39.99/€39.99 Wiggler’s Poison Swamp. Each one adds a new biome and enemies. The new suits are the $9.99/€9.99 Tanooki Mario and Penguin Mario outfits, which change his looks and abilities.

As for the Series 2 Lego Super Mario character packs, each $4.99/€3.99 blind bag will include one of the following enemies.

  • Bone Goomba
  • Fly Guy
  • Foo
  • Huckit Crab
  • Ninji
  • Para-Beetle
  • Parachute Goomba
  • Poison Mushroom
  • Spiny Cheep Cheep
  • Thwimp
