Fugue, the five-star version of Tingyun, is about to join Honkai: Star Rail this week, and HoYoVerse shared a new “Wordless” trailer focusing on her ahead of her December 25, 2024 launch. It features a combination of her 3D character model going through story segments and anime shorts.

Editor’s Note: There will be spoilers for Honkai: Star Rail in the new trailer below.

In “Wordless,” we hear Fugue talking to herself. She’s told she can only pick one. So she heads out to the Xianzhou Luofu and takes in a festival. She also interacts with Yunli and settles a dispute. After she explains why she is picking “this one,” we get a spoiler regarding what’s going on in the story.

Here’s “Wordless:”

As a reminder, Tingyun won’t be the only character available in the next pair of banners. When those refresh on Christmas day, we’ll also have another chance to pick up Firefly. As a reminder, she’s a five-star Fire character who follows the path of Destruction. Both Tingyun and Firefly’s banners will feature the four-stars Gallagher, Misha, and Yukong.

At the moment, everyone has one last chance to get two other five-stars from the banners. Sunday and Jing Yuan are both available until the end of December 24, 2024. Both also work quite well together, due to their movesets.

Honkai: Star Rail is available for the PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and the Fugue banner brings the five-star Tingyun o the game on December 25, 2024.
