New Attack on Titan 3DS Visual Novel Game Gets Its First Screenshots

Koei Tecmo studio Ruby Party, developer of the Neoromance series, is working on a new Attack on Titan visual novel game on 3DS that was recently announced. Famitsu shares a first look with new screenshots.

As previously detailed, the game is a tag-team effort between Ruby Party and the visual staff that was in charge of the Attack on Titan anime.

The story takes place in an old castle, where the Survey Corps were investigating until they got attacked by Titans. The floor suddenly collapsed in the castle, and you, the protagonist, will end up falling down to a lower level of the castle. You barely manage to survive the fall, but can no longer use the Three Dimensional Maneuver Gear after it broke. It’ll be up to you and your partner to find a way to make it out alive.

Players have the choice of going as a male protagonist with Mikasa as your partner or female protagonist with Levi as your partner.

Attack on Titan: Escape from Certain Death is in development for Nintendo 3DS. Its development is currently 30% complete.
