Netflix announced its next anime project, which will involve Keanu Reeves’ BRZRKR comic. The company took to Twitter to confirm it would create a film and anime adaptation, with Reeves involves in both. While he’ll provide the voice of B for the anime adaptation, which will take place after the events of the movie, he’ll both star as the lead role and produce the movie. There’s no release window for either project yet, and Netflix didn’t mention which studio will work on the anime.

BOOM! Studios offered additional details about the film. In addition to Reeves acting as a producer, with Adam Yoelin as an executive producer. Stephen Christy and Ross Richie will also be involved in its production.
Netflix’s BRZRKR movie and anime adaptations are in development. The first issue of its 12 comic run is immediately available, and the second one should appear on April 28, 2021. Other upcoming Netflix anime series include Yasuke and Godzilla: Singular Point.
