NeoGeo Pocket Color Selection Vol. 1 Steam Edition SNK VS. Capcom- The Match of the Millennium

NeoGeo Pocket Color Selection Vol 1 on Steam Has a Different Lineup

During TGS 2021, SNK offered some PC shadowdrops. Both SNK vs Capcom: Match of the Millennium and NeoGeo Pocket Color Selection Vol 1 Steam Edition are available to play on Windows PCs now. However, the compilation is different than the one on the Switch. It doesn’t include the crossover fighter. That’s only available separately.

When NeoGeo Pocket Color Selection Vol 1 appeared on the Nintendo Switch, it was available alone or in the collection. On PCs, you can only buy it separately for $7.99.

This means NeoGeo Pocket Color Selection Vol 1 Steam Edition includes a game not available on the Nintendo Switch. The crossover fighter ended up replaced by Crush Roller, a game where you attempt to claim territory by rolling over it with paint on the map.
Crush Roller aside, the lineup remains largely the same. People who get this also get the following nine titles.

  • Big Tournament Golf
  • Dark Arms: Beast Buster 1999
  • Fatal Fury First Contact
  • King of Fighters R-2
  • The Last Blade: Beyond the Destiny
  • Metal Slug 1st Mission
  • Metal Slug 2nd Mission
  • Samurai Shodown! 2
  • SNK Gals’ Fighters

The PC version is $39.99, which is the same price as the Switch one. However, it is temporarily $31.99 until October 6, 2021.

SNK vs Capcom: Match of the Millennium and NeoGeo Pocket Color Selection Vol 1 Steam Edition are both available on the PC and Nintendo Switch.
