Based on what we see in the scan, My Hero One’s Justice 2 is in development for PS4, Xbox One, and Switch with the Xbox version being digital-only in Japan. It shows Kai Chisaki as a new character and one among the many new characters we’ll see from Season 4 of the anime, which begins on October 12, 2019.

The characters that were in the previous game return powered-up, with a gameplay system that was used in the previous game as well. The magazine shows Kai Chisaki use his Overhaul Quirk ability, and it mentions that Quirk action is also getting  a big upgrade for the sequel.
