Animation studio Bones has released the first official visual for My Hero Academia Season 6. The upcoming season will cover the Paranormal Liberation Front War arc. Fans know this arc as one of the longest in Kohei Horikoshi’s ongoing manga series. The release date for Season 6 is still unannounced.
In the My Hero Academia Season 6 visual, the hero Deku states “I’ll give everything I have to stop you.” Main antagonist Shigaraki responds with “I’ll just break it.” The center text reads “All-out war draws near.”
On October 29, 2021, My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission played in over 1,500 theaters in North America. The film opened in Japan on August 6, 2021, and has earned over $40.3 million to date. The movie follows Deku and a team of other Pro Heroes as they take on mysterious organization Humanize. The group plants bombs around the globe to destroy those brandishing superpowers.
Last week, Japan 2.5D Stage Play World announced that the My Hero Academia stage play would be available to stream in select countries on December 10, 2021.
Season 5 of My Hero Academia, which adapted the Joint Training arc, the Endeavor Agency arc, and the My Villain Academia arc, concluded on September 25, 2021. The release date for Season 6 is unknown. Seasons 1-5 are available to stream via Crunchyroll and Funimation.
