You can get the Auspice Sliver from the new Echo of War: Inner Beat’s Battlefield. When levelling up Moze’s Traces, you’ll want to prioritize his Talent, and then work on his Ultimate and Skill. A lot of Moze’s damage will come from his follow-up attacks on targets with the Prey debuff. So the higher his Talent Trace is, the more useful he’ll be on your team.
