MOTHER no Omise (literally meaning MOTHER‘s Shop) will open first in Osaka at Umeda Loft’s stationery market on the 6th floor. The shop will be open from November 19 to December 6, 2020, from 11 AM to 8 PM JST (it will close earlier at 6 PM on the final day). After that, it will move to the Hobo Nichiyobi store on the 8th floor of Shibuya Parco in Tokyo, where it will be available on December 14-27, 2020.

The main highlights of the shop will be displays of the MOTHER no Kotoba script book and the knee-length sized plush of Mr. Saturn—the biggest plush made for the iconic character to date. The shop will also sell many other merchandises related to MOTHER, which likely include the previously-revealed Franklin Badge, towels, bead charms, and smaller plushies of Master Belch and Mr Saturn—the latter also coming with its own house.

MOTHER is a classic series of RPGs released by Nintendo that is also known in the West as Earthbound. The latest title, MOTHER 3, was released in Japan for the Game Boy Advance in 2006.
