Unfortunately, you can only gain this charm by playing Monster Hunter Riders. Upon completing the Natural Disaster: Kirin Beginner’s Quest you will receive a code that can be used to redeem this special Kirin Charm. Players will have needed to advance in Monster Hunter Riders to a specific point in order to participate in the quest. The full details of the Monster Hunter Riders and Monster Hunter World: Iceborne collaboration can be found on the official website.

However, Monster Hunter Riders is currently only available to Japanese audiences. It seems like this charm will only be available to those who are able to play Riders.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne has currently received Title Update 5. In this update the deadly Fatalis has been added to the game, adding yet another challenging hunt to the roster of already impressive monsters.
