Capcom has revealed the first free monster that will be added to Monster Hunter World: Iceborne after launch. Its first free title update will bring Rajang into the game. The exact date of his debut hasn’t been revealed, but the creature will be showing up sometime in October 2019.

Rajang is a monster that originally appeared in Monster Hunter 2, the Japan-only PlayStation 2 game. Since then, the beast has appeared in seven entries, with the last appearance being in Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate. People need to be cautious, as it can shoot electricity from its mouth, is incredibly fast, and is ready to use its horns to attack.

A trailer was released to show what Rajang looks like in Monster Hunter World: Iceborne.

In case you missed it, other Monster Hunter World: Iceborne monsters to recently get trailers include Zinogre, BrachydiosYian Garuga, and Barioth.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne will be released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 6, 2019. The game will be released for the PC in January 2020.
