A rather urgently needed Monster Hunter World Iceborne patch is about to appear. Essentially, people who played offline had a problem. They couldn’t see any delivery requests. Capcom announced that it’s not only aware of it, but that the update that will repair the problem will appear on January 6, 2021 on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
That’s the only issue that will be fixed in this update, according to the official site. After someone downloads the Monster Hunter World Iceborne patch, the offline Research Center will once again show any and all delivery requests. But in the meantime, there is a workaround. Capcom said people can go online to make the delivery requests appear again.
As far as content goes, the last major Monster Hunter World Iceborne update involved a crossover with the Monster Hunter movie. People could dress up as Milla Jovovich and go through a special crossover story in-game inspired by the film’s events. That patch also ended up adding new background music, some changes involving Elder Melder creations, and bug fixes too.
Monster Hunter World Iceborne is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The Nintendo Switch will get its new Monster Hunter game, Monster Hunter Rise, in March 2021.
