Monster Hunter Rise PC Release Date Set for January 2022

During the Capcom TGS 2021 presentation, Capcom announced that Monster Hunter Rise PC release date is January 12, 2022. In February 2021, it was confirmed that Monster Hunter Rise would receive a PC release sometime in early 2022. A demo for the PC version of Monster Hunter Rise will arrive on October 13, 2021.

Monster Hunter Rise is currently Capcom’s best selling single-platform title in the history of the company. In April 2021 it was revealed that the game had sold more than 6 million units worldwide since its release. Now the title will arrive on PC through Steam. It will feature ultra-wide display support and in-game voice chat. It will also have 4K resolution and higher frame rates than its Nintendo Switch counterpart.

Capcom recently revealed that Monster Hunter Rise will receive a paid expansion. Titled Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak, this new expansion will add new areas and quests into the game. Additionally, Capcom has distributed special item packs in Monster Hunter Rise to celebrate the announcement of the upcoming expansion.

Monster Hunter Rise is immediately available for the Nintendo Switch. The PC Monster Hunter Rise release date is January 12, 2021, and people will be able to find the game on Steam.
