People have two new videos to watch, now that Monster Hunter Rise is finally available. First, Capcom shared a video with Director Yasunori Ichinose and Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto that welcomes people to the new game and reminds them about Monster Hunter Stories 2. It also shared the Monster Hunter Rise launch trailer, which went over things people can do in-game now and will see once the first free title update appears.
First, here’s the message from Yasunori and Tsujimoto.

To help prepare people for their future hunts and experiences, there’s also a new trailer. The Monster Hunter Rise launch trailer begins with peeks at different monsters you’ll hunt. Then, it shows how you’ll use the Wirebug in-game. Specifically, it shows how it can be used for certain skills, moving around, and wyvern riding. Finally, things close out with a look at the tower defense Rampage Quest and upcoming Apex Rathalos post-launch monster.
Monster Hunter Rise is available for the Nintendo Switch worldwide, and there’s already a DLC pack with new cosmetic options. It will come to the PC in 2022.
