Another classic compendium detailing Capcom’s efforts is being localized, as Udon Entertainment confirmed it’s working on a third Monster Hunter art book. Monster Hunter Illustrations 3 will make its debut outside of Japan on October 20, 2020.
The hardcover collection will cost $54.99 and be packed with 376 pages worth of insights and designs. However, like past entries, this one focuses on a very specific entry. This installment is all about Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, which appeared on the Nintendo 3DS worldwide. People can see design details about different monsters from the game, like the Binzasara Dragon, and get a better idea of how they were designed, details about specific parts of the creatures, and images showing specific motions and movements. There are also examinations of different armor sets for both humans and Felynes.
Udon shared a few pages from the collection, to give people an idea of what to expect.
Udon has taken care of each Monster Hunter Illustrations entry so far. Back in 2011, the original made its debut. In 2014, it took care of Monster Hunter Illustrations 2.
Monster Hunter Illustrations 3 will appear in English in North America on October 20, 2020. The book originally launched in Japan back in September 2015.
