Mister Donut is once again going to team up with The Pokemon Company International for a Pokemon doughnuts event in Japan. The “Jump Out! A Fun Winter Awaits” campaign is set to begin in early November 2024. This marks the seventh year of the ongoing partnership between Mister Donut and the series. [Thank you, Game Watch!]
While specific details about the campaign are still under wraps, Mister Donut has confirmed that the Pikachu doughnuts, which shaped like the iconic Pokemon’s face, will make a return. Additionally, a new design will be introduced as part of the collaboration. In the previous collaboration, the baked goods store introduced a Psyduck-themed donut, marking the sixth partnership with the Pokémon Company.
In related news, Hololive VTubers Fuwawa and Mococo’s last visit to the Akihabara Mister Donut caused a surge in traffic with their fans, known as “Ruffians.” As a result, during Hololive fes people flocked to the store to try the Pon de Rings the twins enjoy. Their social media posts about their visit turned the location into a hotspot for Hololive enthusiasts. Additionally, in a recent interview, Fuwawa and Mococo discussed their move to Japan and the challenges of streaming as a duo. They also shared their excitement about future opportunities and their plans to continue growing as content creators while connecting with their fanbase.
The next Mister Donut Pokemon event will begin in Japan in November 2024.
