Missile-Firing Shoot ‘Em Up MissileDancer Blasts Onto the Switch on June 25

MissileDancer, a shoot ’em up that will focus on locking onto enemies and destroying them in one fell swoop with a barrage of missiles, is heading to the Nintendo SwitchMissileDancer originally released on PCs and mobile devices.

The game is a vertical shooter, and while you do have a regular fire button, the main feature of the game comes into play when you hold the shot button to open up a cursor to lock-on. By defeating enemies with missiles rather than regular gunfire, you’ll gain more items and points from the enemies. However, make sure to dodge enemy missiles as well!

Check out the trailer below. The Switch version completely revamps the game’s graphical style from simplistic to one that is more in line with the shoot ’em ups created during the genre’s golden age.

Additionally, the Switch version adds in the ability to play two-player couch co-op with friends for an even more thrilling experience. The game supports Japanese, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Korean, and both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.

MissileDancer will fire onto Nintendo Switch via the eShop on June 25, 2020.
