Misha Light Cones and Relics in Honkai: Star Rail Are Straightforward

In order to make the most use of Misha, a 4-star Ice Destruction unit who debuted in Version 2.0 of Honkai: Star Rail, you’ll need to make sure he has the right Light Cones and Relics for his kit. This guide will break down both how to use and build your Misha.

Misha has a fairly straightforward kit in which he gains stacks, maxing out at 10, whenever an ally uses Skill Points. How many times his Ultimate hits depends entirely on how many stacks he has. As an Ice character, he can naturally freeze enemies but Misha’s Freeze from his Ultimate can act like the Dissociation debuff, which deals extra damage based off of Misha’s ATK. As such, you should build Misha for his ATK and Ice DMG, as well as consider how important his Ultimate is when using him.

Here are the Best Light Cones for Misha in Honkai: Star Rail

  • On the Fall of an Aeon
This is a great Light Cone for Misha because of its dual ATK and DMG boosts. You will need to attack or inflict Weakness Break to take advantage of both, so it’s best to use this when putting Misha on the field against enemies with an Ice Weakness. On the Fall of an Aeon is a great F2P choice because it’s a free 5-star Light Cone you can get from Herta’s Shop.
  • Something Irreplaceable
Something Irreplaceable increases ATK and DMG just like On the Fall of an Aeon, but the DMG increase only happens after Misha defeats an enemy or an enemy hits him. Because Misha is a Destruction unit, he actually already has a passive aggro but you can increase the chances if you run him with characters like March 7th or Lynx.
  • Nowhere to Run
Nowhere to Run is a Light Cone you can only get from the Nameless Honor Battle Pass, which means you’ll need to spend money but you’re guaranteed to get it. It’s a great generic Light Cone for all Destruction units, as it increases ATK (which helps with Misha’s Freeze and overall damage) and restores HP whenever he defeats an enemy. You can also use Under the Blue Sky, which does virtually the same thing except it increases Misha’s Crit Rate after he defeats someone.
  • The Moles Welcome You
The Moles Welcome You is, like Nowhere to Run, a fantastic generic Destruction Light Cone. It increases Misha’s ATK based on stacks he gains after he uses his Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate. Obviously, the more ATK he has, the more damage he can do with his attacks and his unique Freeze.
  • Indelible Promise
This is one of the new Light Cones that debuted in the same update as Misha in Honkai: Star Rail. Indelible Promise increases his Break Effect and when he uses his Ultimate, it increases his Crit Rate. Break Effect is not that useful on Misha compared to some other characters like Xueyi, but he can definitely make use of the Crit Rate boost if you need some more.

Here are the Best Relics for Misha in Honkai: Star Rail

  • 4-pc Hunter of Glacial Forest
This is the best Relic Set you can put on Misha as of the time of writing. It increases his Ice DMG and the 4-pc effect increases his Crit DMG after he uses his Ultimate. Because of his Ultimate-oriented kit, this works very well with his play style.
  • 2-pc Hunter of Glacial Forest, 2-pc Musketeer of Wild Wheat
If you do not have enough pieces for Hunter to have a nice build, you can mix and match with Musketeer pieces. With only a 2-pc of Hunter, you can give Misha an Ice DMG boost. Meanwhile, Musketeer increases his ATK. You can also consciously go for this instead of a 4-pc of Hunter.
  • Firmament Frontline Glamoth
Firmament Frontline Glamoth is a good Planar Ornament Set for Misha with its ATK boost. If you can give him at least 135 SPD, you can also get him more DMG. Misha technically does want a decent SPD since the more turns he has, the more chances he gets to use his Skill for stacks and Energy.
  • Space Sealing Station
Space Sealing Station is a good generic Planar Ornament Set for attackers and Misha is no difference. Like Firmament Frontline Glamoth, you will need to have a base level of SPD to enjoy the additional 12% ATK boost from this set. But in the case of Space Sealing Station, you will only need 120 SPD.
  • Inert Salsotto
Inert Salsotto is a fantastic set for Misha because it can increase his Crit Rate, as well as how much DMG his Ultimate deals. However, keep in mind that the Ultimate DMG boost is only after Misha has a minimum of 50%. This should be the number you want to aim for anyway though, as you have to build Misha as a pretty orthodox attacker compared to characters like Blade (Max HP) or Xueyi (Break Effect).

Honkai: Star Rail is readily available for the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. You can always pull for Misha in the gacha, since he is a 4-star character.
