First, here’s the special “Dreamy day” stream for her anniversary. Cover CEO Motoaki “Yagoo” Tanigo made an appearance during it, as did other Hololive Vtubers like Shirakami Fubuki. The showcase featured performances and discussions.

As for the new Minato Aqua song, “Let Me Be Your Saioshi” was created with HoneyWorks. The group is known for making Vocaloid songs for characters like Hatsune Miku and Gumi.

As a reminder, the Minato Aqua 5th anniversary merchandise orders already appeared. The Hololive Official Shop started selling the Vtuber’s items on August 8, 2023. Until September 11, 2023, people can place order for piecemeal items or a $108 set. If people buy items separately, there’s a $10 Certificate of Introvert, $22 B2 tapestry, $22 matching necklace with Aqua, and $57 Aqua backpack. The set includes a bromide card designed to look like a Polaroid picture. Cover’s storefront ships worldwide.

In other news, Bandai Namco recently announced the Vtuber will be its ambassador for Sword Art Online: Last Recollection. This means we should see her streaming the game after it launches in October 2023.
