Mikage announced an original project geared for the West on PS5, PS4, Switch, and PC, in contract with Aksys Games.
Other than the platforms, not much is known about the new project. It is described as an “original overseas version Mikage Project (Tentative).”
Mikage, the company started by former-Imageepoch president Ryohei Mikage, is the developer. Meanwhile, Aksys will handle the publishing work. A VR version is also in the works. The VR version will be developed and published by Mikage.
Further details will be shared at Anime Expo that takes place in California in July 2020. Back in September, Mikage teased that they’re working with a major game company for a new and original strategy RPG.
The new project by Mikage is expected to release in North America in 2021.
