Ahmad went on to say that Genshin Impact is, “…the most successful launch for an original IP from a Chinese dev.”

Genshin Impact is a free-to-play action RPG with an aesthetic that reminds many of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It features a vast world, a multiplayer component, and the ability to play across a range of devices. The game is also rich in content, even at launch, so players can find ways to progress their character outside of the game’s main story quests.

Genshin Impact offers a lot of convenience to its players. It can be enjoyed across devices thanks to its cross-platform multiplayer. Players can access share their save data between mobile and PC versions of the game. They can also enjoy their time in Genshin Impact without the need to engage with the game’s gacha system. Genshin Impact is currently available for PlayStation 4, PC, iOS, and Android. There are plans for a Nintendo Switch version of the game.
