Melty Blood: Type Lumina to Receive Four DLC Characters

Project LUMINA has released new information regarding future updates to Melty Blood: Type Lumina. This includes the addition of a total of four DLC characters that will appear in Melty Blood: Type Lumina, starting in Winter 2021. There four characters will arrive in the game from Winter 2021 to Spring 2022. However, an exact date as to when these characters will appear is not currently available. [Thanks, Gamer!]

Each of the DLC characters in Melty Blood: Type Lumina will receive a battle stage and their own story. Details regarding when these characters will be available, along with the price of each DLC, will come sometime in the future. However, another update will arrive on November 12, 2021. This update will add a training mode and rebalance some aspects of the game. Additionally, this update will be available entirely for free. There are also plans to release other free updates in the future.

It was revealed in September 2021 that Saber from the Fate series would be added into Melty Blood: Type Lumina. It is unclear if the mentioned DLC characters will potentially come from other Type-Moon IPs, such as Fate/Grand Order.

Melty Blood: Type Lumina is available for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC.
