Melty Blood: Type Lumina Noel Trailer Shows Off the New Debutant

Type-Moon published a new Melty Blood: Type Lumina Battle Preview video featuring Noel. The new character was recently featured in the Tsukihime remake, A piece of blue glass moon. Noel was not present in Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code, so this marks her first-ever appearance in the fighting game series.

The trailer shows fighting moves of Noel, who uses a polearm weapon. Type-Moon described her battle style as using her weapon’s reach to keep her opponents at bay. Despite the weapon’s length, Noel is still able to launch a flurry of attacks, including aerial combos.

Type-Moon has been regularly introducing playable characters in Melty Blood: Type Lumina in the weeks leading to its release. The fighting game will have over 10 playable characters when it launches in late September 2021.

So far, we have confirmed Shiki Tohno, Arcueid Brunestud, Ciel, Akiha Tohno, and Kouma Kishima in the playable roster. The popular maids Hisui and Kohaku can fight both as individual characters or as a pair. The latest character revealed before Noel was Miyako Arima on August 24, 2021.

Melty Blood: Type Lumina will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on September 30, 2021.
