Capcom has announced, via the Rockman Unity Twitter account, that Mega Man 8, Mega Man X4, Mega Man X5, and The Misadventures of Tron Bonne are set to be delisted from the Japanese PS Archives for PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, and PlayStation Vita, on December 13, 2019.
No reason has been provided regarding as to why these games are being removed, or whether this process will follow in other regions. However, just to be safe, players might want to buy the games if they are interested in them. This especially goes for The Misadventures of Tron Bonne, which hasn’t been re-released as part of any collections for the Blue Bomber.
Mega Man 8, Mega Man X4, Mega Man X5, and The Misadventures of Tron Bonne are available in their Japanese region PlayStation versions via the PS Archives until December 13, 2019.
