Meet The Caligula Effect 2 Obbligato Musicians MU-kun and #QP

Leading up to the RPG’s launch, different members of The Caligula Effect 2’s Obbligato Musicians are getting time in the spotlight. Each time videos come up, people get to learn who they are, who voices them, and hear some of the music “they” compose. The two latest The Caligula Effect 2 trailers focus on MU-kun and #QP, to help provide a better idea of how the might assist Regret in Redo.

First, a video introducing MU-kun appeared. MU-kun is voiced by Taku Yashiro. Like Machina’s voice actor Shunichi Toki, he also appeared in The Idolmaster: SideM as the voice of Tsubasa Kashiwagi. He’s also the Japanese voice of Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones’ Ephraim in Fire Emblem Heroes. Police Piccadilly is the composer for this character.

#QP’s introduction followed. She’s voiced by Inori Minase, who’s voiced many notable characters in anime series and games. For example, two of her most recent roles are Hestia in Danmachi and Rem in Re;Zero. She’s also played Nekone in Utawarerumono, is one of the people who’s voiced Altina in the The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel series, and is Tsubasa Oribe in Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE. The composer behind her music is Kairiki Bear.

This makes four Obbligato Musicians revealed so far. The original two trailers looked at Machina and Pandora.

The Caligula Effect 2 will come to the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in Japan on June 24, 2021. The worldwide release on both systems will follow in Fall 2021.
