Medabots Classics Plus Will Bring 8 Games from the Series to Switch in Japan on November 12, 2020

The Medabots series is coming to Switch with eight classic games in a new collection, Medabots Classics Plus. The title is a ‘Plus‘ version of Medabots Classics that brought five classic titles from to 3DS in December 2017.

First, here’s an announcement trailer for the new collection:

In addition to the five first titles from the Medabots Classics which featured one Game Boy and four Game Boy Color titles, Medabots Classics Plus will add three Game Boy Advance titles in Medabots Navi, Medabots G, and Medabots Two CORE.

The collection includes the following eight titles:

  • Medabots (Game Boy)
  • Medabots 2 (Game Boy Color)
  • Medabots 3 (Game Boy Color)
  • Medabots 4 (Game Boy Color)
  • Medabots 5 (Game Boy Color)
  • Medabots Navi (Game Boy Advance)
  • Medabots G (GameBoy Advance)
  • Medabots Two CORE (GameBoy Advance)

The collection will come in two versions of Kabuto and Kuwagata versions.

Medabots Classics Plus for Switch

Favorite features from Medabots Classics will also make a return. These include the ‘save & load anywhere’, the ‘speed function’, ‘Robattle skip’, and more. A new ‘Mini-game mashing function’ will also be added to help out with the mini-games.

Medabots Classics Plus for Switch limited editionLastly, a limited edition that includes both Kabuto and Kuwagata versions will be available for 13,800 yen + tax. In addition to special packaging, it comes with an art set and three-disc original soundtrack for the Game Boy Advance titles.

Medabots Classics Plus will release for the Nintendo Switch in Japan on November 12, 2020.
