Capcom have released the first footage and screenshots of Phoenix Wright in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. And yes, the old Judge is part is part of Phoenix’s moveset. Phoenix also has a new voice for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. In the Ace Attorney games, his voice was provided by Capcom producer, Ben Judd, who is no longer with the company.
