Master Roshi Joins Dragon Ball FighterZ on September 18, 2020

We have a Master Roshi release date! When the new Dragon Ball FighterZ DLC character was announced back on August 16, 2020, he only had a tentative September 2020 release window. Now, things are more exact. People who have the FighterZ Pass 3 will be able to begin playing as him on September 16, 2020. Everyone who doesn’t can pick up the character on September 18, 2020.

Bandai Namco’s release date announcement didn’t just tell us when we’ll finally see Master Roshi. It also offered another look at what he will play like in the game. There was an almost two-minute long trailer accompanying the company’s tweet.

In case you missed it, the company also shared plenty of screenshots of Master Roshi in action in August 2020.

Master Roshi is part of the third DLC pass for Dragon Ball FighterZ. Other characters in this pass include Kelfa and Ultra Instinct Goku.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is immediately available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The Master Roshi release date is September 16, 2020 for those with early access and September 18, 2020 for everyone else.
