At Anime Expo 2023, Aniplex announced season 2 of Mashle: Magic and Muscles. There’s no exact air date for it yet, and we don’t know which streaming services it will appear on once it launches. However, it will appear in January 2024. There’s also a teaser PV hinting at elements of the Divine Visionary Selection Exam Arc that will be covered.
Here’s the new teaser trailer for Mashle: Magic and Muscles season 2. It sets things up by explaining Innocent Zero helped six dangerous Hecatrice prisoners escaped. From there, we see characters like Mash Burnedead, Dot Barrett, Finn Ames, and Lance Crown dealing with various opponents. In particular, Galuf plays a large part in the trailer.
This isn’t the only recent Mashle presentation and announcement to come up. Aniplex also recently shared a video that showed the English and Japanese voice actors for Mash meeting. It started with Aleks Le setting things up, and then he ends up meeting Chiaki Kobayashi. The two then talk about the role, series, and recording.
Mashle: Magic and Muscles season 1 is streaming on Crunchyroll now, and season 2 will begin in January 2024. Viz Media handles the English localization of the manga outside Japan.
