Mario Kart Arcade GP VR is leaving Japan. The Hollywood Bowl has announced it will be appearing at its Hollywood Bowl at the O2 in London, England. It will be an exclusive experience for that branch starting on August 3, 2018. An end date for its appearance has not been mentioned.

Mario Kart Arcade GP VR originally launched in Japan on July 14, 2017. It is a first-person Mario Kart game, with the player having an attachment on their wrist to see when they are using items and playing by sitting in a station with a steering wheel and pedals to accelerate or brake. Mario, Luigi, Peach and Yoshi are the four playable characters (as Bowser and Wario are NPCs) and the game features one track.

Mario Kart Arcade GP VR is only available in arcades. Its appearance at The Hollywood Bowl at the O2 will be its first appearance outside of Japan.
