The Yakuza Remastered Collection is on sale, making it simple for fans to collect the whole of Kazuma Kiryu’s story in a single purchase. Players that prefer physical media are in luck as well, since the collection is also available on disc as well as digitally. SEGA has taken that opportunity to extend the influence of Yakuza Kiwami (the enhanced remake of Yakuza) into the physical realm, thanks to a cleverly placed Easter egg.

Spotted by observant Reddit user billonel [Thanks, Reddit], the Easter egg is a hidden image of Yakuza supporting character Goro Majima. It’s located on the inner flaps of The Yakuza Remastered Collection box, and invokes Yakuza Kiwami‘s famous “Majima Everywhere” gameplay feature. “Majima Everywhere” has Majima stalk and ambush players as they go about the game. The harrassment is intended to help Kiryu remember the martial arts techniques he lost after ten years in prison. Emerging from unusual locations like manholes and giant traffic cones, Majima’s constant ambushes also add an unpredictable element to the otherwise liner game.

Luckily, players don’t actually have to fight the image of Majima haunting the Yakuza Remastered Collection‘s box to access the game itself.

Yakuza Remastered Collection is available for the PlayStation 4. It includes Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4, and Yakuza 5.
