Maglam Lord will have players assuming the role of a demon lord that has long since been dormant. Upon returning to the world as they know it, demons have become an endangered species. The upcoming title will feature a plethora of features that include crafting and wooing specific characters to make them eligible for marriage.

The marriage system will work in tandem with combat, as players will need to take their potential partner into battle in order to raise their affection. Previous announcements included the introduction of important story characters and the mentioned marriage candidates. As it stands, only four marriage candidates have been revealed thus far.

More information about the world and the scenario of Maglam Lord will be revealed in an upcoming issue of Famitsu. This will include an interview with the main scenario writer and character designer.

Maglam Lord will release in Japan on March 18, 2021, for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
