Look At The Next Professor Layton Game

By the next Professor Layton game I mean the next one for Japan. Who knows if Nintendo or another publisher will release Professor Layton and the Demon’s Box overseas. Regardless of a hazy international future the Layton series marches forward with another trilogy.

Professor Layton and the Devil’s Flute is the first game in the new series. The story predates Professor Layton and the Curious Village by explaining how Layton and his young puzzle solving companion Luke meet up. As shown in the concept art, a female companion accompanies joins the quest. Shima and a cat with curly whiskers will be two of the other regulars in this story arc. Nintendo DS owners can pick up Professor Layton and the Devil’s Flute this fall.
