Lollipop Chainsaw Remake Delayed Until Summer 2024

Dragami Games announced that the release date of the Lollipop Chainsaw remake has been delayed until Summer 2024. Additionally, the official title of the remake will be Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP. Producer Yoshimi Yasuda delivered the news through his Twitter account. The game was originally slated for a 2023 release.

Meanwhile, the Dragami Games official Twitter account specified the new release window for the game. The message is also available in Japanese and English.

The Lollipop Chainsaw remake was originally teased as a revival project back in June 2022, and it was officially confirmed shortly after, on July 2022. The original game was developed by Grasshopper Manufacture and published by Kadokawa Games.

Dragami Games was founded on May 13, 2022 and absorved several of Kadokawa Games IPs, including the Demon Gaze series, Natural Doctrine, God Wars, Relayerand the Root Letter (√Letter) games.

The Lollipop Chainsaw remake is officially titled Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP, and the release date has been delayed to Summer 2024. There is no information on what consoles it will come out for. The original game appeared on 2012 for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
