Grasshopper Manufacture and HungHo Online announced that its free-to-play hack-and-slash RPG, Let It Die, which was previously a PS4-exclusive, is headed to PC this fall. [Thanks, Gamespot.]

For those of you who aren’t too familiar with the game, Let It Die puts you into a tower filled with enemies and traps you must overcome, while under the guidance of a skateboarding grim reaper named Uncle Death. Your character starts out in their underwear, but as you take on the tower you’ll gain pieces of equipment and weapon to get further up the tower.

There’s plenty of loot to acquire and equipment to craft, but there’s also a survival aspect that will have you eat mushrooms, frogs, and other creatures in order to stay alive.

One of the more unique parts about Let It Die is the death data mechanic. When you die you start from the beginning and you don’t get to keep your gear, but your previous character before death will appear as a powerful enemy in another player’s game. You also get to defeat the reanimated characters of other players for a chance to score some of their gear and resources.

Let It Die is available on PlayStation 4. The game releases on PC via Steam in Fall 2018.
