KOF XV Angel

KOF XV Ángel Trailer Lets People See Her Skills

SNK has published the 35th character trailer for The King of Fighters XV. It confirmed that the Mexican wrestler Ángel will appear in the fighting game’s launch roster. The company used the proper accent on her name for the first time in the series. While SNK has been properly pronouncing her name in the Spanish language, it used to render her name as Angel in titles before KOF XV.

The new KOF XV trailer showed that Ángel still retains her wrestling moves, which are inspired by the WWE star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Being a wrestler, many of her combos involve grappling the opponent.

It also showed a unique dialogue between Ángel and Ramon. The latter asked Ángel to perform together with himself and the King of Dinosaurs again, but she would only consider it when she’s in the mood.

The three compatriots previously formed Team Mexico in the prequel. However, the Russian KOF XIV sub-boss Antonov had already recruited Ramon and Dinosaur to complete his Team Galaxy Anton Wrestling in the new tournament. SNK has yet to reveal Ángel’s new affiliation and teammates in KOF XV as of this writing.
