In honor of the launch of Samurai Warriors 4-II, Koei Tecmo has shared two videos dealing with the game on its YouTube account. The first is a launch trailer, which takes a minute and a half to offer an overview of the game’s characters as they fight and interact with one another. The other is a taiko performance.
The Sanada Clan taiko performance, recorded during a Warring Period event in Yokohama, may seem like an odd inclusion. It’s quite fitting. Nobuyuki Sanada’s “Trials of Trust” is one of the stories people can follow in Samurai Warriors 4-II’s Story Mode, and while Yukimura Sanada doesn’t get his own storyline in this installment, he is a prominent character in other tales and the series as a whole. In fact, Koei Tecmo attended the 2014 Yukimura Sanada Festival in Osaka, Japan and brought Samurai Warriors 4, Sengoku Basara 4, and Sengoku IXA with them.
Samurai Warriors 4-II is now available for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Windows PC. Only the PlayStation 4 version has received a physical release.
