Nintendo took to Twitter to confirm two of the Copy Abilities people will see in Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe. One will be Sand. This is an entirely new ability making its debut. The other is Festival. While it isn’t new, it did only previously appear in Kirby Star Allies.
First, here are the screenshots showing off Sand and its various attacks. As expected, a sand castle makes an appearance.

Next is a screenshot showing the Festival Copy Ability in Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe. It features Kirby with King Dedede, Bandana Waddle Dee, Meta Knight, and Magolor.

When Kirby’s Return to Dream Land first launched, it included 23 Copy Abilities. It marked the debut of the Leaf, Spear, Water, and Whip ones when it showed up on the Wii.
Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe will come to the Nintendo Switch on February 24, 2023. The original game is available on the Nintendo Wii.
