Square Enix revealed Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue at the SCEJA Press Conference earlier this week, and Disney just uploaded an extended version of the trailer for Tokyo Game Show 2015.

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue is in development for PlayStation 4, and will release in Japan, North America, and Europe.
