Killer is Dead has a release date in North America. Xseed will release the quirky Suda51 action game on August 27th for $60 on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

All launch copies of Killer is Dead will come with an 80-page hardcover art book, a soundtrack CD containing 25 tracks, and a “Smooth Operator” DLC pack that contains the following items:

Gigolo Glasses
Alternate costume for Vivienne and Mika
A bonus Gigolo Mission with Betty
An additional episode with the vampiric Sebastian

Killer is Dead is jointly developed by No More Heroes creator Suda51 and Japanese publisher Kadokawa Games. While Xseed are handling the game’s North American release, Deep Silver will release Killer is Dead in Europe and Oceania.
