Kawaki Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker DLC Dated

Way back in June 2021, Bandai Namco teased Kawaki DLC for Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker. Now it’s about to appear. On February 4, 2022, people will be able to pick up the major Boruto: Naruto Next Generation character. He’s a part of the $14.99 Season Pass 4. However, people could also buy him alone for $3.99.

There’s a video accompanying the announcement. It shows off all of Kawaki’s major moves. He’s an attack-type character. His Secret Technique: Karma Linchpin (Ritual Destruction) draws on his heritage for an AOE attack. (Note it is a spoiler, if someone isn’t following the show.) But then, so is Ninjutsu: Karma Linchpin (Strange Taste). That attack is able to keep another player’s Ninjutsu from working.

The video ends by reminding people of already available elements. For example, it brings up Super Uzumaki Rasengan is available as a bonus Secret Technique if you buy the Season Pass 4. It also showed off the Lite version game trial. It didn’t note if there will be a Season Pass 5 that adds more Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker DLC characters.

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, and the Kawaki DLC will appear on February 4, 2022. The other DLC characters in Season Pass 4 include Sakura Haruno (Great Ninja War), Nagato (Reanimation), Itachi Uchiha (Reanimation), and Sasuke (Last Battle).
