So far, we do not know much of anything about what JOJOLands will be about. In a 2019 interview with Araki at Lucca Comics & Game 2019, he stated that he loves Italy and the feeling is mutual, which is why he set Vento Aureo there. A fan asked if he would set another JoJoā€™s Bizarre Adventure part there. He stated that he could try after doing some more research. As well, in March 2016, Araki expressed interest in a story set in either northern Europe or the Scottish Highlands.

Something we do know is that the main Jojo in JOJOLands will be a descendant of Joseph Joestar. This Joseph will be the Steel Ball Run and JoJolion incarnation of Joseph rather than the one we know from Parts 2 through 4. He stated this in an interview with Kono Mystery ga Sugoi!.

Recently, JoJoā€™s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean concluded on Netflix. This is Part 6 of the series, as well as the end of the original timeline of the series. From Steel Ball Run (Part 7) and forth, we are following along an alternate version of the Joestars and Dio, though basic details of the setting (such as Stands) remain the same.

JoJoā€™s Bizarre Adventure: JOJOLands will begin serialization on February 17, 2023.
