The JOJOLands, part 9 of the popular JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure manga, will begin serialization on the March 2023 issue of the Ultra Jump magazine. The new issue will release on February 17, 2023. The cover of the magazine features who seems to be the protagonist of The JOJOLands. Manga artist Hirohiko Araki previously teased the plot of Part 9 as “the story of a boy who becomes rich in the subtropical islands.” [Thanks, Famitsu!]

On February 14, 2023, the official JoJo Twitter account revealed the cover of the new Ultra Jump magazine. In the February issue released in January 2023, Araki teased some details about the plot of The JOJOLands and showed a first look of who seems to be its protagonist. However, the March 2023 issue marks the first time the character has been shown in full color.
Additionally, the new March issue of the Ultra Jump magazine includes a promotion in which participants have the chance to win a T-shirt with the design of the character shown in the cover. New advertisement for Part 9 of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure has started to show around Japan, ranging from posters in bookstores to a promotional mural in Shibuya, Tokyo.
