Level -5 announced that a global simultaneous online beta test for Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road will start in March 2024. The beta test will start on Nintendo Switch to make adjustments in preparation for the planned service of the game.
Online multiplayer matches will be available during the beta test. Additionally, single player matches and a test version of the story mode will be implemented gradually. The announcement of the beta test appeared during the Level-5 Vision 2023 II event.
Furthermore, Level-5 announced that the company will set up Inazuma Post, a system where players can share their opinions of the beta for the developers to gather player feedback directly.
The latest Inazuma Eleven title has experienced many iterations since it was originally announced in July 2016 under the name Inazuma Eleven: Balance of Ares. Development restarted in September 2019 and its title changed to Inazuma Eleven: Great Road of Heroes. It wouldn’t be until July 2022 that the game would find its final title as Victory Road of Heroes, or Victory Road for short.
