The official account had also tweeted about it already, but today is the 10th anniversary of Inazuma Eleven GO: Shine and Dark! Thank you for always supporting them! Although we are currently holding a Musashi festival, the new title Inazuma Eleven: Great Road of Heroes is also undergoing production, so please wait for it!

Level-5 released Inazuma Eleven GO on Nintendo 3DS in Japan ten years ago on December 15, 2011. Similar to Pokemon games, Level-5 made two versions of GO, which feature different characters. Nintendo published the English localization and changed the version titles to Light and Shadow in June 2014 in Europe and July 2015 in Australia and New Zealand.

As Hino mentioned in his tweet, Level-5 is currently focusing its attention on Megaton Musashi. The mecha action RPG is immediately available on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan. The company will release free monthly updates for the game. It is also preparing a paid major expansion to arrive along with the anime’s second season in Fall 2022.

Inazuma Eleven: Great Road of Heroes is currently under development for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Android and iOS mobile devices. Level-5 has yet to announce the game’s official release window, although Akihiro Hino mentioned that the development team aims to have it released in 2023.
