How to Unlock Wuthering Waves Co-op Multiplayer

Wuthering Waves allows players to play with their friends in its co-op mode, but you need to unlock multiplayer as it isn’t available to you right away. There are some hoops you need to jump through first, which include getting to the right Union Level and adding friends. Thankfully, it’s a pretty straightforward process.

How do I unlock co-op in Wuthering Waves

In order to unlock co-op multiplayer, you must first reach Union Level 25 in Wuthering Waves. I recommend increasing your Union Level by taking on quests, completing Tacet fields, and by exploring the open world. In other words, you can increase your Union Level simply by playing the game.

How do I add friends in Wuthering Waves?

In order to enter co-op multiplayer, you must first find some friends to invite into your world or head into their Wuthering Waves world. To add friends, go to the game’s menu. Click Friends, which is the the icon with the shaking hands, and select the Add Friend menu. Type in their User ID. Once you search for their user ID and find them, you can send them a friend request by clicking on the plus symbol next to their name.

User IDs (UIDs) can be found on the lower right corner of the screen. You can also find them under your name on the main menu.

Wuthering Waves is available for PCs and mobile devices.
