How to Unlock The Orbonne Monastery in FFXIV

As part of the Stormblood expansion, players will first need to fulfill the following requirements to access The Orbonne Monastery:

  • Complete The Ridorana Lighthouse.
  • Reach Level 70 with your character.
  • Be Item Level 365.

After you’ve scaled The Ridorana Lighthouse, you can start the quest chain to unlock The Orbonne Monastery. Head to X:10.3, Y:12.0 in Kugane to pick up the quest “The Path of Least Resistance.” Once you’ve completed that quest, you will need to then speak to Montblanc at X:10.0, Y:12.1 in Kugane to accept “Welcome to Their Jungle.”

After that, go to the Kugane Airship Landing and enter the Prima Vista to accept “The City of Lost Angels” at X:5.9, Y:5.9. This will grant you access to The Orbonne Monastery.
