How to Unlock the Everkeep Trial in FFXIV Dawntrail

  • Accept the Main Scenario Quest “The Resilient Son”
  • Complete the Origenics Dungeon
  • Reach 99 on any Disciple of War of Disciple of Magic Job Class

Everkeep is linked to the Main Scenario Quests in Dawntrail, and shares the same quest as the Origenics dungeon. This is for reasons that I won’t go into, since it does veer into spoiler territory. Just know that you will need to complete Origenics in order to access Everkeep. While not the last Trial in the Dawntrail expansion, this one does pack a punch and players will want to be quick on their toes when tackling this boss.

If you’re worried about your performance when playing with others, or would rather go the journey alone, you can use the Trust System for this Trial. I suggest using this if you are a player that may get nervous when under high pressure situations, or want to learn the mechanics of the fight comfortably before playing with others. Especially since this particular Trial has a lot going on.

Don’t let that stop you from playing with others, though! This Trial is a lot of fun, and if you want to throw yourself headfirst into the fray, you won’t regret it.

Final Fantasy XIV is immediately available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC.
