Players will need to meet the following requirements to access The Binding Coil of Bahamut to access this Raid series in FFXIV:

• Complete “Primal Awakening.”
• Reach Item Level 70.
• Reach Level 50 with your character.

After you’ve completed “In a Titan Spot,” which can be started at The Waking Sands, pick up the quest “Primal Awakening from Urianger in the very same location at X:6.0, Y:4.9. This will open access to The Binding Coil of Bahamut. Keep in mind that you do not need to complete any of the Extreme Raids for Garuda, Titan, and Ifrit to access this content.

At the time of release, this was some of the hardest content in the game. Unlike Alliance Raids, these Raids will only feature a party of eight fighting. Each Raid in The Binding Coil of Bahamut has unique mechanics, sometimes involving navigating mini-dungeons or fighting against some truly challenging bosses.

It should be noted that no Binding Coil of Bahamut Savage exists, unlike the rest of the Raid series.
